Where delivery is offered
Orders can be sent to addresses supported by the delivery choices presented at checkout. Destination limits and the available service for a particular order are determined there.
Processing and carrier transit
We usually prepare an order in about 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transportation takes 3–5 business days. This delivery range is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, and unusually heavy demand may extend it.
Rates and free-shipping eligibility
Checkout calculates the available shipping charges. Free shipping applies only when the checkout confirms that the cart and destination qualify.
Address details and tracking
Customers must enter an accurate recipient name, complete postal address, email, and phone number. When tracking is provided, updates are sent using the checkout contact details; a first scan may take time to appear.
Delays, loss, delivery scans, and damage
For a stalled shipment, missing parcel, delivery scan that cannot be located, damaged package, or delivery restriction, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and useful photographs when applicable. We will review the information and coordinate with the carrier where appropriate.
